About the organisation

Situated in Belgium, KU Leuven has been a centre of learning for nearly six centuries. Today, it is Belgium's largest university and, founded in 1425, one of the oldest and most renowned universities in Europe, and hosts over 55,000 students. CS Digital, the Medialab of the Institute of Cultural Studies at KU Leuven, has 3 main areas of research: Digitization of Cultural Heritage, Online Publishing and ICT Education in the Humanities, Open and Distance Learning and E-Learning. The centre is tightly connected to the MA in Cultural Studies at the Faculty of Arts. Its research focuses on developing online published data for Digital Humanities Research, in particular anything that relates to imaging, with a focus on photographic techniques.

Role in the project

As leader of WP6, we organise 5 pilots for collaborative SLPs. We coordinate and help develop and implement these pilots to test the concept of flexible SLPs. We will use the results of these pilots to create models and guidelines for collaborative development and delivery of SLPs.
